Tasty iced mocha, but the check out guy, who looked around my age, called me ma'am I was offended. He had this disinterested in life kind of attitude, and I am sure he didn't mean it out of respect. I am not old, and nobody's ma'am. If you want repeat customers, lose the sarcasm, and act happy to be alive, with a job to boot.
